Diaspora

Diaspora is a dark Sci-Fi action role-playing game in which you play the ‘Sraoshan’ a leader of a nomadic world ship of human tribesmen with supernatural demigod-like powers. The goal of the game is to reach the last known star, scavenging for ‘Vun’ the vital resource for sustaining your ship and your demigod power’s whilst keeping you and your tribe alive in a dying galaxy. Where the only living creatures are aboard spaceships. As you are stalked by “the Draka” a titanic cosmic snake of biblical proportions, which will consume all in its path including you and your tribe if you use your power too much and attracted its attention.

The game is split into two halves. In which the player will travel the galaxy in their world ship in contained galaxy levels in an isometric view. The other a third person view where you traverse different plaents looking for vun. 

The game takes inspiration hinduism , the abrahamic religions and zorastrianism to create a deeply religious and dark sci fi universe.
